Return and Refund Policy for 109 Liquor and Wine - In-Person Purchases

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from 109 Liquor and Wine. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 3-day return period for unopened bottles of liquor purchased in person from our store.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be an unopened bottle of liquor only (Not Beer or Wine).
  • The return must be initiated within 3 days of the original purchase date.
  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

3. Reasons for Return

You may return a product if it falls under any of the following categories:
